To celebrate a gastronomical Valentine’s Weekend at Karmakamet Conveyance, celebrated Chef Hervé Frerard will cook alongside Executive Chef Jutamas “Som” Theantae on Saturday 13th February for one unforgettable evening of fine French-Asian cuisine.
Chef Hervé is now Director of Culinary at Montien Hotel Surawong, and has returned to Bangkok after many years of leading and developing prestigious restaurant kitchens in Asia.
To celebrate his return during this season of romance, Chef Som will cook alongside Chef Hervé on the eve of Valentine’s at Karmakamet Conveyance.
