VIVIN Grocery

After the first success of VIVIN Grocery classic dessert Tropézienne Tarte, the team have created a limited edition as Valentine’s Day special; the Tropézienne Rosé will be available by pre-order for takeaway or delivery before the 12th February or customers can dine in at VIVIN Grocerant (Ekamai Complex) on a slice on the weekend of Valentine’s, Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th February.

The Tropézienne Rosé consists of house-baked brioche dough made with free range eggs, organic milk and French butter, filled with rose Wwter and Madagascar vanilla diplomat cream, with an added finishing touch of sugar pearl sprinkles.

“La Tarte de Saint-Tropez”, is a dessert pastry consisting of a diplomat cream filled brioche. It was created in 1955 by Alexandre Micka, a pâtisserie owner in Saint-Tropez. The pastry was named by actress Brigitte Bardot while she was there filming And God Created Woman.
