Available every day for lunch and dinner, the new addition of “Dry-aged Delizia” to Salvia’s current à la carte selection will satisfy the most demanding meat lovers with dry-aged beef from Rangers Valley’s Black Onyx brands, which have been awarded Silver Standard in the World Steak Challenge. Each featured dish showcases the unique taste and texture of aged 270-day grain-fed beef and 100 percent pure Angus beef, chosen by Chef de Cuisine Roberto Parentela, reflecting his Piedmontese and Sardinian roots.
Whether you choose dry-aged cuts of prime rib Angus steak cooked to your specification or a well-marbled striploin steak, they will be served at your table with a full set of Italian-inspired sauces and side dishes for a memorable dinner done in true Italian style.
