The Sukhothai Bangkok launched “La Scala – Italian Job”, a brand-new dining series featuring a joint venture of renowned Italian guest chefs with its own restaurant Italian chef David Tamburini.
For the inaugural series, La Scala resident executive chef David Tamburini welcomed chef Alessandro Frau from the renowned Acqua in Phuket.
Together, David and Alessandro created authentic Italian dishes influenced by the tradition and culture of Italy—with a special touch of their native homes, Sicily and Sardinia—reinterpreted with new cooking techniques, ingredients, and an artistic presentation in contemporary style.
The dinner took place on Thursday, September 13, 2018, and it was fully booked. Stay tuned for more dinners in this series.
