Chef Hans Zahner and his team at Michelin-starred Elements restaurant have introduced six-course Ta-ke and seven-course Matsu tasting menus that take advantage of premium seasonal ingredient from around the world.

Tantalising dishes include fresh Ostra Regal oyster with abalone, gelé celery apple and dashi foam, Yoichi monkfish from Hokkaido served with clam and Japanese curry, Sawara fish from Kyoto served with water cress velouté and lemon caviar, Japanese eel served with porcini mushrooms and salicornia, wild Brittany seabass served with red beets, golden beets and chioggia beets, Challans duck served with salsifis and kabocha and famously succulent grilled Satsuma Wagyu beef from Kagoshima Prefecture. An innovative dessert is Japanese Pebbles made from 43% Tannea milk chocolate cremeaux with iced blackcurrant and musk melon.

Wagyu Beef Satsuma

Takumi tasting menus are available at Elements restaurant every Thursday to Sunday from now to 31 March 2021, 18:00 to 22:30. Price: Baht 4,000++ for six-course Ta-ke menu; Baht 4,500++ for seven-course Matsu menu with an additional Baht 800++ per person for Wagyu Beef Satsuma.
