Chef Hans Zahner and his team are delighted to introduce the gastronomic highlights of tuna toro, oscietra caviar, scallops, white truffle, turbot and Kumamoto Wagyu beef and a fabulous dessert of Japanese strawberries with concerto white chocolate for an epicurean start to 2021.
The seven-course dinner is available on 31 December from 19:00 to 24:00 at Baht 8,000++ per person including a glass of premium champagne or cocktail. Additional Baht 1,000++ per person to guarantee a table at the outdoor terrace.
Yamazato
This New Year’s Eve treat family and friends to an authentic celebratory Japanese Gozen lunch, Kaiseki dinner or teppanyaki menu at Yamazato. Highlights from the New Year’s Eve Gozen lunch and Kaiseki dinner include delights such as pink and white fish dumpling soup, grilled Spanish mackerel with mixed egg yolk, vegetables and shrimp roe, simmered soy milk skin rolls with royal fern, taro, sweet fish with roe, bamboo shoot and plum-shaped carrot and snow pea, simmered rice with oyster, salmon roe, grilled amberjack with miso and Wagyu beef teriyaki, steamed red snapper with yuzu, soy milk skin, edamame, crab meat, matsutake mushroom, and salmon roe, and sarashina soba with kakiage tempura of sakura shrimp. The New Year’s Eve teppanyaki menu includes three kinds of sashimi, scallop, snow crab, and a choice of Satsuma Wagyu beef sirloin or tenderloin.

On 1 and 2 January 2021, Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara presents special Gozen lunch and Kaiseki dinner menus, plus tasty Teppanyaki treats, to welcome the New Year. Highlights from the New Year’s Day Gozen lunch and Kaiseki dinner include assorted Osechi, a traditional Japanese New Year treat, plus homemade simmered black soy beans, marinated herring fish roe, fish roe rolled in kombu kelp and much more. Each item is carefully chosen to symbolise good health, fertility, happiness and a long life.
