On 8th March 2020, in celebration of International Women’s Day, the human resources team of Novotel Phuket Phokeethra led the way for recognition of the dedicated staff of all generations who work together and have shown a commitment to diversity and creating a new mentality for the future. This activity was launched to reflect the group’s commitment to diversity and gender equality with the theme, “Women’s rights: We dare from one generation to another”, emphasising the strengths of shared values such as inclusion, trust and respect for each and every talent.
