When you think about omakase most people think of raw food, but not this time! Tenko Japanese restaurant, at Pullman Bangkok King Power, is presenting a new special omakase menu in which all the dishes are cooked.
Chef Goji Kobayashi, who has 10 years’ experience in omakase restaurants from San Francisco to Thailand, is preparing the Cooked Omakase menu. The quality and variety of the produce reflects the changing seasons of each period and Chef Goji ensures an exceptional supply of products that are rare even in Japan and which cannot be found elsewhere in Bangkok.
Cooked Omakase options are THB 6,000 net for 16 dishes, and THB 4,500 net for 14 dishes. Tenko is open every Tuesday to Sunday for two sittings per day at 18.00 hrs and 20.00 hrs (closed on Monday). Only 10 seats are available per sitting for the Cooked Omakase menu.
