This May, Executive Chef Steffen Hoffer from Railway Restaurant presents a new menu of “White Asparagus” renowned as a king of vegetables for its subtle flavor and uniquely delicate texture.
Delicate dishes include a full-bodied White Asparagus crème soup with Norwegian smoked salmon and a Warm Asparagus Salad with a healthy mix of greens and tomatoes. For a real spring lover, try the juiciest crunch of White asparagus under a velvety layer of Hollandaise sauce. All told, Railway’s asparagus dishes will be accompanied by meaty classics of choice such as Parma ham, Viennese pork schnitzel, and beef tenderloin.
