The LAB celebrates its 8th anniversary as Bangkok’s top boutique gym

The LAB, Bangkok’s original and top boutique gym for functional movement, strength, and conditioning training, is celebrating its 8th anniversary with a special promotion to encourage Bangkokians to kick-start their fitness journey with 40 percent off on personal training packages and 20 percent off on group fitness packages.

Richard Cohen, CEO and founder of The LAB is upbeat about reopening post-lockdown and says the place has been deep cleaned and now implements an array of safety measures in line with Covid-19 guidance to keep staff and gym-goers safe.

“We’re excited to resume in-person training with an exciting promotion to help members kick-start their fitness journey after the lockdown period. Members will not only enjoy The LAB’s top training programmes but also our stringent safety measures as our members’ health and fitness are our top priority,” said Richard.

The LAB has stayed at the forefront of the industry with innovative training methods and programmes. It’s one of the very first gyms to promote barefoot training, which strengthens the muscles in the foot and around the ankle joints. The LAB’s team of certified trainers oversee a range of specialised group classes and programmes, rehabilitation training, and nutrition coaching that provide members with all they need to reach their fitness goals.

“Since the Covid-19 lockdown was imposed, we initiated a solution to continuously keep our members active, engaged, and mentally and physically healthy during a stressful and anxious time. We offered exclusive online fitness classes and personal training sessions over a three-month course, where we delivered over 150 hours of online personal training sessions, 185 online group classes for over 200 participants in seven different countries” added Richard.
