Start the upcoming Thai Royal Birthday celebrations with a feast for the senses. Perched up on the rooftop of The Continent Hotel, Bangkok, Bangkok Heightz will be cooking a “Thai Dinner Tasting Menu” during July and August that can be served in classic sequence or family-style.
You’ll be welcomed with organic craft soda with Thai fruits and botanicals, to then taste executive chef Ake’s new take on authentic Thai food.
The tasting menu will be available daily at Bangkok Heightz, Modern Thai Restaurant, from 6 p.m. till midnight at THB 999++ per person for non-vegetarian and THB 699++ per person including an organic welcome drink and free-flow Thai herbal drinks, fruit juices, or flower juices.
Start with an appetizer of Thai Ruam Mitr (pandan wrapped chicken, vegetable spring roll, and shrimp cake served with plum sauce), continue with your favorite dish, whether a soup like Tom Yam Goong or Tom Kha Gai or a main course such as Beef Massamun, Pla Rad Prik (deep-fried fillet of sea bass with sweet Thai chili sauce), Gaeng Kiew Waan (Thai green curry and palm hearts with a choice of chicken, pork, prawn, lamb, or beef), or Poo Nim Pad Prik Thai Dam (soft shell crab with black pepper) with khao suay (steamed Jasmine rice), and end up with Khao Niew Ma Moung (mango with sticky rice or coconut ice cream).

Every Mother visiting Bangkok Heightz will get a return voucher and a signature welcome cocktail or mocktail named Khan Thong (with a hand garland).
