The latest “Wine Event” at Bamboo Chic Bar offers bottles from three top wineries, Concha y Toro from Chile, Argento and Catena from Argentina. Reds rule with five leading labels, including two of the great Malbecs, besides the Sunrise Sparkling, and Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio whites.
Between sips, nibble on Chef Marco Cammarata and his team’s temptation-laden tour of South American cuisine, from ocean-fresh, fruity ceviches of scallops and salmon to luscious Latin tapas of chorizo, jalapeno, oysters, and olives. Just for starters. Graze on with bread and cheeses, roasted veal and condiments carving, five savory and two sweet live stations, and much more.
