VIU Restaurant will be offering the Royal Thai “Khao Chae” during Songkran, with chilled, jasmine-scented soaked rice, shrimp paste balls, sweet fried pork, crispy sesame fish, sweet turnip with egg, and green mango, cucumber, turmeric, and chili, to taste with stunning views over the Royal Bangkok Sports Club and city skyline, captivating by day or night.
When: April 13–15 for lunch and dinner; on April 13 only, enjoy the sound of the “Khim” Thai musical instrument, together with a performance and a complimentary hand garland class from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
