Celebrate Thailand Water’s Festival and enjoy 30 items of Northern-Thai style food from Chef Pata, who joined the World Gourmet Summit in Singapore.
Delicacies will include Northen Thai-style spicy sausage, Grilled egg on banana leaf, Chiang Mai curried noodles soup, Khao Lang Fuen noodle soup with a sour base, and Northen-Thai style pork curry with garlic.
There will be regional cultural shows, workshops, special offers, and local products for sale more than 20 shops such as Phusapalai, Thewa hand-woven textiles, Rudi Crosley, Vachal genuine gemstones, and many more.
Guests are encouraged to dress in traditional Thai costume.
