Contestants from 27 countries participated on Miss International Queen 2018, a transgender pageant that this year had “world equality” as its motto, promoting the idea that everyone should be treated equally despite their differences.
The final round and crowning day of Miss International Queen 2018 took place on March 9 at Tiffany’s Show Theatre Pattaya, Chonburi province, with the following awards presentation:
- Miss International Queen 2018: Nguyen Huong Giang, Vietnam
- First runner-up: Jacqueline Angliss-Gillies, Australia
- Second runner-up: Rinrada Thurapan Thailand
- Best Evening Gown: Michel Epalza Betancourt, Venezuela
- Best National Costume: Dinda Syarif, Indonesia
- Miss Photogenic: Izabele Coimbra, Brazil
- Most Popular Introductory: Nguyen Huong Giang, Vietnam
- Best Talent: Nguyen Huong Giang, Vietnam
- Miss Congeniality: Amelia Vega, Honduras
