Kolour In The Park 2018, presented by Singha Music, will take Bangkok’s outdoor festival scene to new heights. Their focus this year is on a more progressive lineup, combining the right amount of house music and thumping techno with the more organic sounds of live performance.
Immersive main stage
The main stage design will also take a new course – no longer will you be greeted with a wall of sound and towering backdrop. They want to bring their audience into the action by constructing multiple platforms and towers in a 180-degree formation. That means you can experience the main acts from different heights and interact without the scene below.
New open layout
The actual site will be laid out in a more open fashion. Kolour In The Park has always centered around the main stage but there is so much more to the venue we will show. This will include a second lake stage running simultaneously as the main.
More activities
In addition to their signature: free massage, lake swimming & games, and arts & crafts. Their activities will be ramped up with the inclusion of more shows, a sponsor engagement zone, live performances, and an outdoor cinema. They want their audience to get involved more this year and will also be including a festival prop building station so guests can build their own party gear and hit the dance floor.
Their gourmet food selection will include Bangkok’s award-winning 25 Degrees Burger, the infamous Pizza Massilia wood-oven truck, craft baker Maison Jean Philippe, and freshly served Ice Cream by Dubs and more.
The event kicks off over two full days on Feb 24–25.
