“UNDER THE STARS” NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER

Enjoy an evening in the garden of The House on Sathorn with live music as you feast on a buffet dinner at The Courtyard. The dinner includes a variety of stations starting from appetizers that include foie gras terrine, poached Scottish salmon belleveue, and more. Continue the meal with seafood on ice station with lobster, Alaskan king crab, oysters, or a Robata charcoal grill station featuring cod, chicken shish kebab, and Australian wagyu flank steak, among others. Choose your mains from carving station with roasted goose, whole suckling pig, Australian roast rack of lamb, wagyu sirloin paired with winter mushroom confit, black truffle potato dauphinoise, and French cheese. End the night with something sweet including walnut cinnamon and honey tart, apricot clafoutis, chocolate raspberry moelleux cake and more.

THE NEW YEAR’S EVE VOYAGE: A 7-COURSE TASTING MENU

Spend the last day of 2017  with a menu from chef Fatih Tutak, a special 7-course set menu to welcome 2018. The New Year’s Eve Voyage features The Dining Room’s signature dishes like “Childhood Summers,” with tomato, basil, salca, and goat cheese. Other dishes include “Kuzu Kebab” with lamb spare-ribs, eggplant and lamb caramel. Lastly, the “Snow Red” dessert  featuring beetroot, yoghurt, and blueberries.
