Sundance Lounge has newly opened at Thonglor and provides a glamorous dining experience based around a handcrafted dinner menu, merging French and Asian cuisines.
Listed are dishes such as Australian beef tataki, which is premium grade beef topped by wasabi tuile. Foie gras crêpes is known for its delightful combination of savoury and sweet elevated by the pairing of sparkling champagne and red wine. Seared French duck breast is slowly cooked and adorned with chef’s own pineapple gastrique sauce. Seared Tasmanian salmon is cooked fresh with homemade tomato sauce made from the classic Bloody Mary cocktail.
Cocktails are also a speciality, with a signature mix being Cheers to Pink, which the mixologist creates by crushing fresh pomegranate with a final touch of egg foam; and the Bee’s Knees cocktail, a perfect mix between gin, honey, lemon, and yuzu jelly.
