ALATi restaurant at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok is presenting a Riviera Sunday Brunch, featuring dishes of the Mediterranean region, including Spain, Morocco, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey and Lebanon.
The brunch menu begins with a welcome seafood platter that includes Canadian lobster, snow crab, poached prawns, black mussels and oysters. The second course comprises a classic lobster bisque with lightly whipped cream, served individually at each table.
The third course embraces a wide selection of salads and appetisers, including Norwegian cold smoked salmon served with cream cheese, capers, pickled onion, lemon and dill; tuna carpaccio served with radish, shallots, pomegranate, orange vinaigrette and beetroot hummus; crab served with an onsen egg on a crab remoulade topped with hollandaise sauce and truffle vinaigrette; and fresh burrata cheese served with roasted tomatoes, fresh basil and olive oil.
The cheese and charcuterie selections include a cheese platter with Camembert, Parmesan and chèvre terrine served with berries compôte, curry granola and toasted bread. The cold cuts platter includes pata negra 24 months, mortadella and truffle, coppa served with butter, olives and pickles; foie gras and chicken liver pâté, thyme, pickled onion and grilled bread; and duck cranberry terrine served with mixed leaves, mustard and gherkins.
The unlimited choice of à la carte main-course dishes includes Wagyu beef medallion “Café de Paris” served with young garlic baby potatoes; roasted rosemary Murraylands lamb cutlet with warm chickpea cream and molasses gravy sauce; French pan-seared foie gras served with lentil stew and aged balsamic vinegar; and homemade cavatelli pasta tossed with crab lumps ragout, white wine, garlic and chilli flakes. Each Riviera Sunday Brunch also includes a selection of pass-around main-course dishes, served at table, to supplement the choices on the menu.
This fascinating journey around the Mediterranean region ends with a selection of delicious desserts, featuring ALATi’s tiramisu with mascarpone cream, coffee syrup and ladyfingers; traditional Sicilian cannoli with ricotta cream, dark chocolate, pistachio and orangette; vanilla chocolate profiteroles with vanilla custard choux, chocolate sauce and classic lemon tart with torched meringue. Complete your brunch with an affogato coffee or freshly brewed Moroccan mint tea.

The Riviera Sunday Brunch package, designed to meet the demands of all local and international guests, is priced at THB 2,400++ per person, including water, soft drinks, coffee and tea. Children aged six to 12 years pay THB 1,200++.
The free-flow premium wines and cocktails package is priced at THB 1,200++ per person. The free-flow champagne, wines and cocktails package is priced at THB 2,200++ per person. Guests can also experience a Cuban cigar and a glass of whisky at 1897 at an additional cost of THB 1,000++ per person. “Daycation” passes with pool access until 19:00 hrs are available at THB 1,000++ per adult and THB 500++ for children up to 12 years.
There is a limited-time offer for Siam Kempinski LINE friends to enjoy a 15 percent discount on the food and wine package (excluding champagne), with one child up to 12 years old dining free when accompanied by an adult.
