Theo Mio Italian Kitchen, the Michelin-Plate awarded Italian restaurant at InterContinental Bangkok operated in cooperation with UK-based celebrity chef Theo Randall, is now open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
The restaurant is adhering strictly to its IHG Clean Promise, based on the IHG Way of Clean programme developed by InterContinental hotels worldwide in partnership with Ecolab and Diversey, two world leaders in hygiene and cleaning technologies and services, to provide a safe and hygienic environment for guests.
IHG Way of Clean complies fully with World Health Organisation directives and is approved by Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health.
Theo Mio is open from 11.00 to 21.00 hours and is serving lunch and dinner, along with providing a takeaway and delivery service for home or workplace enjoyment. Prices start from Baht 160++
Amongst the signature dishes on the new menu are calamari in padella, a creation of pan-fried squid with chickpeas, cumin, chilli and rocket salad; pappardelle con guancia di manzo, a handmade pasta with slow-cooked Wagyu beef cheek; barramundi alla griglia, grilled barramundi with peppers, kale and black olives; and angnello a scottadito, lamb chops and slow-cooked rib, with grilled vegetables, olives and red wine.
The chefs are preparing home-recipe Theo Mio pizzas in the restaurant’s pizza oven, there is a selection of pasta dishes, and desserts include torta di cioccolato chocolate cake, torta di mandorla almond tart, and Italian ice cream.
