The new ALATi restaurant at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok presents the Riviera Sunday Brunch featuring a stunning selection of dishes inspired by the amazing recipes, flavours and ingredients of the entire Mediterranean region.
Riviera Sunday Brunch embraces the diverse culinary traditions of countries that surround the Mediterranean Sea, from Spain and Morocco in the west via France, Italy and Greece to Turkey and Lebanon.
A typical Riviera Sunday Brunch begins with a healthy salad and fresh seafood on ice including Canadian lobster, Alaskan king crab and tiger prawns.
The unlimited choice of à la carte main course dishes includes Wagyu beef medallion ‘Café de Paris’ served with mixed mushroom ragout; pan-fried Murraylands lamb cutlet with zaatar crust, grilled zucchini, mint and labneh yoghurt sauce, and seared giant Hokkaido scallop with warm chickpea hummus, sesame and citrus jus.
The carvery station offers succulent cuts of premium meats, super-fresh seafood, and Levantine specialities for those with insatiable appetites.
The extensive buffet choices at Riviera Sunday Brunch also include a raw bar featuring salmon carpaccio with Riviera tomato salsa; tuna tartare with capers and shallots, and French oysters.
Pass around speciality dishes includes paella, which varies from week to week. Riviera Sunday Brunch also offers a wide selection of international cheeses, cold cuts, a foie gras corner and homemade bread.
This fascinating journey around the Mediterranean region ends with a selection of delicious desserts and different gelato flavours with Turkish coffee and Moroccan tea.

The Riviera Sunday Brunch package, designed to meet the demands of all local and international guests, is priced at THB 2,400++ per person including juices and soft drinks. Children aged 6 to 12 years pay THB 1,200++.
The free-flow wines and spirits package is priced at THB 1,000++ per person.
The free-flow Champagne, wines and spirits package is priced at THB 2,400++ per person.
