In a salute to National Day of Brazil, Vertigo is firing up the brazier for some Brazilian-style BBQ including BBQ Beef Skewers and Flank Steak “Churrasco”. Top off this meaty feast with a carnival of flavors dessert Passion fruit-Chocolate Mousse with Passion fruit ice cream for a refreshingly sweet finish.

Some of the most popular dishes from this spicy and uber-flavorful facet of China’s rich culinary heritage can be enjoyed in these offerings of Szechuan specialties including Baked Black Cod in Clay Pot with Szechuan sauce, Stir-fried Pork with Szechuan sauce and Stir-fried Wagyu with Szechuan pepper sauce. Katsuo is a fine tasting fish sometimes called Skipjack Tuna but, no matter how you call it, the selection of specials featuring Katsuo will certainly get you hooked with these plates including Katsuo Tataki (Katsuo tuna salad with ponzu sauce), Katsuo Nabe (Katsuo and vegetables hotpot) and Katsuo Yaki Donburi, Katsuo tuna sushi rice bowl.
