Thomas KammeierMichelin star chef Thomas Kammeier from Berlin is the special guest at Elements restaurant in October for an extended ‘Food is Art’ that features, for the first time, special menus for lunch as well as dinner.

Thomas Kammeier enjoys an outstanding reputation in Germany’s capital city with his imaginative and highly creative cuisine at the popular Hugos restaurant. From 15th to 19th October he demonstrates his exceptional culinary skills at Elements with a series of special luncheon and dinner menus. The six-course dinner menu includes goose foie gras with a Pattaya mango sorbet and braised Wagyu beef ‘teppan-yaki cut’ served with celeriac and Périgord truffles. The main course alternative is loup de mer (European seabass).

“This is the first time that our acclaimed ‘Food is Art’ fine dining experience at Elements has included special menus for lunch. We wanted to give guests every possible opportunity to experience the very best cuisine from Thomas Kammeier.

“It’s a real honour and a very great pleasure to be welcoming one of Germany’s top chefs to The Okura Prestige Bangkok,” says the hotel’s Culinary Director Thomas Jakobi. Sommelier Marc Bittner will be recommending new and old world wines to complement the ‘Food is Art’ menus presented by Thomas Kammeier. The lunch menu is priced at Baht 2,200. Dinner is priced at Baht 4,500.

All prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
