Bangkok, 1 August, 2013: – Le Normandie at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok is privileged to welcome the godfather of modernist Three Star Michelin cuisine, Jean-Georges Klein as guest chef from Monday, 26 – 31 August 2013 (for both lunch and dinner).
A relentless perfectionist, Jean-Georges Klein acquired his third Michelin star in 2002 after years of unwavering dedication to his innovative cuisine. Inspired by Pierre Gagnaire and Ferran Adria, throughout his quest for culinary excellence, Klein created exceptionally diverse cuisine with rich textures, artistically alternating between tradition and modernity.
Jean-Georges seeks his inspiration in nature’s four elements of water, air, fire and earth and fashions poety out of his inventive and visually stunning cuisine. Klein expresses emulsions out of thin air, truffles from earth, seafood from water and spicy, smokey and savoury delicacies from fire.
A genuine gourmet revelation awaits diners at Le Normandie, Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok.
