Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok is proud to present one week of show-stopping cuisine by Asia’s own Celebrity Guest Chef Justin Quek at the hotel’s Lord Jim’s Restaurant from Monday, 8–13 July 2013 (inclusive/dinner only).
A well-known culinary icon, Justin has redefined modern cuisine with stellar restaurant successes spanning from his native Singapore to Shanghai and Taipei. Justin dominated fine dining in Singapore for 10 years with his haute cuisine at Les Amis, which he co-founded.
Classically trained, Justin mastered his innovative art in France’s most acclaimed kitchens. He was appointed personal chef to the French Embassy in Singapore in 1992. Justin has since helmed leading restaurants across Asia. Sky on 57 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is his latest venture.
Justin started his career at The Oriental, Bangkok under the hotel’s veteran, culinary director Chef Norbert Kostner. Justin is now returning to his former “home” to showcase his sensational cuisine, for one week only for dinner at Lord Jim’s, Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok.
