Burasari Group unfolds a new trendy venue in Vientiane as the luxury hotel La Seine opens the doors to the city’s first jazz scene. The opening of the Red Rose Jazz Lounge reveals a new marvel and magic that looks to connect a well-heeled mix of people in an intimate space that evokes a sophisticated style in Laos.
Launched on 16 August 2019, Red Rose Jazz Lounge presents Trio musicians every Wednesday through Sunday from 7pm to 10pm in an elegant river-facing locale. The hotel’s innovative new offerings are accompanied by a savoury selection of charcuterie plated with imported meats and cheeses from around the world. A well-rounded wine list is offered by local renown wine merchant Baravin as well as signature cocktails mixed with local traditions. Not-to-miss libations are designed to please the palates of culture seekers and include drinks like the Tom Yam made with local herbs, chili, and Malibu rum and Hi-so Passion blending sour with sweetness for a refreshing taste.
During the day Red Rose is also rolling out a farm-to-table dining concept built upon the flavours of authentic Laotian food. The menu features all the local favourites from Lao Saab, regional sausages to Chef’s special Lao papaya salad collections.
