The hotel is surrounded by shops, attractions, offices, and it’s opposite the Odori Park, making it a good choice for all types of visitor to the city, including those wishing to experience the annual Sapporo Snow Festiva, which will take place on February 5–12, 2018.
Officially opening in the first quarter of 2018, Best Western Sapporo Odori-Koen features 60 rooms, working areas and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The hotel is located just 600 meters from JR Sapporo Station and approximately one hour’s drive from Sapporo’s New Chitose Airport. It is also less than two hours from the ski slopes and year-round outdoor activities of Niseko.
This hotel is the latest in a series of developments for Best Western in Japan. The last year, Best Western Tokyo Nishikasai Grande became the company’s third property in Japan’s capital city, and the rebranding of The Hotel Nagasaki marked the launch of Asia’s first operating BW Premier Collection hotel.
This expansion comes as Japan prepares to host a series of international sporting events, including the 2020 Olympic Games, and the 2019 Rugby World Cup, which will include matches staged in Sapporo.
